Racing Classes

Information

The BSSO run events for all capacities and groups of scooters.

There are groups for Solo - Classics and Specials, and there are groups for Solo Automatics. For Sidecars there are groups for Classic, Special and Formula machines.

The following machines are guidelines as to which machine fits into which class. Where a manufacturer makes the same machine in several capacities, ie, Runner 50, Runner 125, Runner 180. etc, each of these machines are used exclusively in the classes as per the capacity listed. The first criteria in all cases is the capacity of the machine in question. If you have any queies regarding your machine or questions relating to classes, please email us at info@scooterracing.org.uk for help and assistance. PLEASE NOTE :- due to other commitments, only genuine inquiries please.
