It’s quite possible that you may have already received an invitation to attend, but this event promises to be a much bigger show than in previous years with there being two scooter halls this time around – the normal ‘Scooter World’ hall, plus a separate hall for the ‘World of Scooter Sport’. And I have agreed to return on condition that the event can be used to raise money for charity (in fact it will be two charities: the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance and the RNLI, with money raised being split 50/50). To that end, several ‘interactive’ events have been added into the schedule; these will include skills test area, an engine rebuild competition and a charity auction; there will also be a separate ticketed event ‘An evening with the Scooter Sportsmen’ – all of these will help to raise money for charity.
More comprehensive details on the weekend will appear nearer to the event date, as soon as individual things are finalised, but the intention is to make this the best event so far, not only for the clubs/individuals taking a stall, but for the visitors as well. If you can support the event in some way, either by booking a club stand, or entering your individual scooter in the custom show, then it will all go some way to making the show even better. There’s also the opportunity to sponsor a trophy, or supply an individual item for the charity auction (over two thousand pounds worth of items are already catalogued, including a Spanish holiday, a scrambler scooter, and a £150 Malossi tuning kit package – so there will be plenty of bargains waiting to be bid on).If you are interested in displaying your scooter please down load the following entry form at the top
